Bella turned this way and that, her hands going up and down her body, and he saw she struggled with what was to come. He knew she couldn’t do it, and that’s why he changed it up. Gus would only take so much dawdling before he got mean.

Rock Hard by Sam Crescent is the 12th book in the Curvy Women Wanted series. This is part of a series, but can be read as a standalone. Kirk aka Rock Hard has been in the porn business. A long time. He has a high sex drive and coming to the end of his career in porn. Bella full figured woman scheduled for a porn shoot. She is doing because she needs the money. She is scared. Her ex leaking a sex tape to the internet got her fired from her job. She is doing this as a last resort. These two have some hot chemistry. I liked this story was really well written. The characters have great chemistry. Which is what really draws me to a story. If you want a sizzling hot story this one fits the bill nicely.

Kirk had been in the porn business (as his alter-ego “Rock Hard”) for quite some time, but never had any of the actresses affected him quite like Bella. While waiting on set to start a new film Kirk talks to Bella and discovers that her ex had uploaded a home-made tape and, after being fired from her prestigious law firm, her options to earn money had dwindled to nothing. But can Kirk and Bella explore their attraction once the cameras have stopped rolling? While I didn’t find the premise of the story very realistic, I was really impressed how lifelike and realistic both Kirk and Bella’s characters were. Despite the porn-star setting, both Kirk and Bella came across to me as fairly normal, relatable and interesting characters. While I doubt I’d think to turn to making a porn movie to make rent and put food on the table, Bella’s need to earn a wage and pay her bills was completely understandable to me and made me empathize with the difficult situation she found herself in due to her crappy ex. The extra details of her ex being slapped on the wrists while Bella’s life was pretty much destroyed also hit just a little too close to home for comfort’s sake. Sad as it is – it helped make the entire situation far more believable. I also really enjoyed the easy camaraderie between Kirk and Bella. I loved how Kirk went out of his way not only to put Bella at ease, but to really connect with her as a person and not just look at her as “another actress”. A few times I was pulled out of the story because the whole situation of being on a porn movie set just felt a bit unrealistic and bizarre, but each time the banter and attraction between Kirk and Bella drew me back into the story. I think if readers can ignore the slightly surreal aspect of the plot the characters and interactions between Bella and Kirk in particular will help carry the reader away. I know I certainly enjoyed the story and particularly enjoyed watching these two completely different people not only find common ground but come together to build a beautiful relationship as well. With plenty of heart and emotion, I really enjoyed this quick read. Bella and Kirk had some great chemistry and I particularly loved seeing their interactions as they got to know each other. A great read I really enjoyed.

Sam Crescent sets the seen and your eReader on fire with this short steamy read. Knowing this story was going to centre around the porn industry I knew it would be pretty, shall we say, vivid. But I wasn’t expecting it to be so darn stimulating. Kirk Allan and Bella Krank were so much more multidimensional than being mere porn actors. I loved how unashamed Kirk was of his career choice and how angry he was over Bella’s circumstances. His protectiveness and understanding without pity was so refreshing to see. I shouldn’t be surprised that this short story had just as much heart as it did heat as it seems to be what the author excels at. I enjoyed this little break from my reality and I’m positive if you read it you will too. The Story: Kirk Allan, known as Rock Hard has decided to retire from the porn business and in his last gig he meets Bella Krank, of internet sex tape fame. Bella has no other choice but to take a job in porn but she isn’t happy. Can Kirk find a way to help her and convince her their explosive chemistry went beyond the camera?

I really enjoyed this book by Sam. I feel like it’s one of her better books when it comes to plot, grammar and spelling. Thai was an interesting fun read.

This is the best book I have read this year its electric steamy hot so well written omg ..... the author sure did suck me into this story and then some Kirk and Bella = Hawtness. This book isn't for the fainthearted as its packed full of steam and love but for me, it was the best.

At first I thought a story about a "porn" star would be tacky and filled with nothing but sex but I should have known better. Sure, there is sex in the story because of the storyline but we also get to peer into the lives of Kirk and Bella and find out why they are staring together in a porn movie!! This was a quick and very hot read as only Sam Crescent can write. There is no cheating once the characters get together and I was worried about that. Kirk is actually a very nice guy and he takes Bella under his wing, so to speak, helping her relax during the filming! The readers find out why she is doing this and Kirk's reaction to it. Just a cute little story and I loved the epilogue at the end.

Honestly, at the beginning I wasn't sure about this story. And I wasn't sure why. Maybe Bellas openes with Kirk. Spilling her story to him few seconds after meeting... That something I'm just not fond of. But later that 'I wasn't sure' dissapeard and I enjoyed the story. It was quick and insta. I liked Kirk. I liked how quickly he claimed his girl. No hesitation. Just 'she's the one' and 'she's mine'. And Bella was pretty lucky girl despite all the mess she ended up in because of her ex. From all that, she got something special and lasting.
