Another Awesome Werewolf Romance
A great werewolf romance to be added to my collection of paranormal books. The romance was hot and swoon worthy in addition to a good story.

Excerpt:
After getting ready for the day, I grab the last two mini beef Wellington from the fridge and slide them in the microwave. After the reception, someone delivered sixteen yummy bites. There was no card, but I know Saxton sent them. I had two every day, and today are my last two, so I savor them slowly and to the last crumb. I don’t know how to forget him. He wants me. I’m a virgin, but I’m not a nun nor an idiot. My chest tightens as I wash my plate.
Maybe it’s for the best. Saying we’re not from the same world doesn’t even begin to cover it. Our suns are not from the same orbit. I wipe off my tears, splash cold water on my face, and take a deep breath.
It’s my day off, so I do what I usually do and head to the library. As I step inside the old building, the AC makes me shiver.
I wave at the willowy woman behind the counter. “Hi, Mrs. Green.”
She grins. “Hi, Jade.” She peeks at her watch. “I’m closing in a couple of hours, but…” Her smile widens as she grabs three thick books from under the counter and slides them toward me. “… I’ve got you these. I think you’ll like them.”
The librarian is one of my favorite people. She’s kind, funny in a nerdy way, and we both share a love of reading. The library—deserted as usual—is one of the few places where I can breathe, diving in stories and worlds where I can be someone else.
My steps are muffled by the carpet as I stroll to the back of the old building. I head straight to the hidden nook where a well-used armchair stands under the window most people don’t know exist.
After kicking my tennis shoes off, I curl into the comfortable armchair, set the alarm on my cell, and open my book, ready for my next adventure.
Page ninety-one. My skin breaks into goosebumps. Someone’s here. I whip my eyes up, expecting Mrs. Green. And my heart stops for a second before charging against my ribs. Saxton.
He stalks toward me, and my heartbeat is so fast, it’s all I can hear. He kneels before the armchair and strokes his fingertips from the top of my cheek to the corner of my mouth, leaving a heated trail that makes me shiver.
His voice rolls between us. “Jade, baby.”
“H-hi…”
My whole being crashes against the magnetism of his, and I lose my breath. I’ve missed him. So much, my heart hurts. I jerk forward and mash my mouth on his.
When he shifts back, and cups my cheek, tears press behind my eyes.
“Saxton, please…” I don’t know what I’m asking for. I just want him. Need him.
“Baby, fuck.”
His hand wraps around my nape, and I barely register the thump of the book hitting the carpet. Scooting to the edge of the armchair, I curl my legs around him. He thrusts his tongue in my mouth and licks mine in slow, deep motions while I cling to him, quivering as my skin burns.
When he pulls out of the kiss, I claw into his shoulders. No. Please.
His breathing is as rough as mine as he cups my face, and his voice fans on my lips. “Baby, I can’t. I fucking can’t.”
As he leans back, I fist his t-shirt and shake my head. “Why not? Saxton, stay…”
The next second, he’s on his feet and walks away from me.
I leap from the armchair. “Saxton. Wait.”
When he stops, desperate to keep him with me, I throw my arms around his waist. “Tell me why we can’t be together. Is it because I’m poor?”
He shakes his head while his jaw clenches, but he doesn’t push me off, so I tighten my arms and try to smile.
“All right. My name’s Jade Channings, I graduated top of my class. I’m a Gemini and my Moon’s in Scorpio. My favorite dessert is anything chocolate. My favorite color is orange, and I love that it doesn’t rhyme with any other words. I’m not really into sports, I prefer reading. I have no artistic talent, but I love singing badly. And dancing.”
Saxton’s lips twitch a tiny little bit, so I take a breath.
“You have the most amazing eyes I’ve ever seen. Your turn.”
His gaze drills into mine, and my heartbeat takes flight. “Jade—”
I grin. “Yes, that’s me. But your name’s Saxton Cavendish. You’re twenty-six and you drive a black truck.” The small smile curving his sexy mouth makes me brave. “I like you. I really do. And you must like me a little, because you’re here.”
His warm hands frame my face, and as he leans in, I hold my breath.
“Baby, this can’t happen. You and I—”
No. I smash my mouth on his and pour everything I feel into the kiss.
He groans, plasters me against him, and the salt of my tears mixes in our kiss. He rips me off him. Again.
As he strides away, I wait until my heart stops breaking, then pack my books, and put my shoes back on. Numb, I make my way out and wave goodbye at Mrs. Green.
Once home, I burrow under my thin duvet and cry myself to sleep.

Wow
First time reading this author and all I can say is wow. I absolutely loved this book. Couldn't stop reading till it was complete. This book had a little bit of everything. Tears of sadness, tears of love. Just all around wow

"You're mine. I need you close. Always."v
Interesting shifter story and different from what we usually see. I wasn't surprised as Claudia is proving herself to be a writer who always gives a little something extra. No spoilers and lots of steam and suprises. There's also a lot of story so you need to pay attention. Can't wait to see what she does next.

Reunited!
What a great read! It's a a blend of suspense, action and a grand paranormal adventure. The story is about Saxton and Jade. The is an emotional read with some heartbreak, betrayal and love. Saxton pushed Jade away for her own good. Now fourteen years later she needs his help finding Vaughn, he lover. A captivating read from beginning to end. I love the characters and the plot is engaging with some great twists and turns.

Awesome book
This was a super good book to read! Jade and Saxton definitely had their ups and downs. But in the end it worked out . I would definitely recommend reading this.

Wowww
I didn't expect all the story that developed in this book. It started with a regular warewolf story, but then it goes to something more detail and interesting. It was hard to keep up with all the second characters, but it helped to create all the environment. Now I can not wait to see Dana's story and even Vaughnn's.

This was a great start to a new series. The characters were entertaining while the story line was engaging. I can't wait to see what Claudia Landres has in store for us next.

Great story
Saxton pushed Jade away for her own good. With the help of his pack, his rejection of the human was the final straw for her. Devastated that one of the few people she ever trusted turned on her, Jade steeled her resolve to move on. And she did, making a glamorous life with a retinue of friends she never dreamed of. When her lover Vaughn goes missing, she calls on the best security firm to find him. Sax's firm. Sax never forgot the girl who looked at with stars in her eyes. But he was his pack's new alpha and his secret as a Were had to be kept. Even when the supernatural world was revealed to the humans. He'd do anything to protect his pack, but now his wolf wants his mate. Jade. But how can he love her and help her find her lover? The one who will take her from him. This story made me cry so many times. Jade's mom was a terror but Bernie and Flo were great to the young girl who was ostracized by the town. The sins of her mother had been laid at her feet, but she never let it break her. Just like she didn't let losing Sax break her. She grew stronger in mind, body and spirit. Sax would have to earn his way back by her side. Overall, this was a good read, with great action (cans were opened) and steamy moments (turn up the A/C). Saxton, Jade and most of the supporting cast were wonderful. Humans and various supernatural factions working together against a common enemy. The shadowy figure behind Vaughn's disappearance and much of the trouble was slowly revealed but quickly dispatched. Too quickly IMO. The discontent that had been sown was too great and the damage done irreparable. Strangely, all the duplicitous characters were female, with none of the men being evil masterminds. Now ain't that a flip.

This is a suspenseful story that will grab you from the first line... The twists and turns of Saxton and Jade's tale is intense as they find love over others.

Reunited - highly recommend
What can I say? This book was so good. I couldn’t put it down. It had my emotions all over the place. I even cried. It was so well written and had me hooked from beginning to end. I was sad when I finished. I look forward to reading more books by Claudia Landers. If you’re looking for a really good book to read, don’t pass this one up.

Interesting Read
Reunited is a wonderful read. It is the first book in the Otherworldly: Tales of Weres and Meterans by Claudia Landres. She is a new author to me. I enjoyed her story. She held my attention from beginning to end.

Jade and Saxton. Great story building. She was in love with him and she walked away from him for another man. Now shes asking him to help her find him. Oh no she didnt. Loved it. all the charecters. Danger suspense excitment romance.

Reunited good start to series
The Otherworldly: Tales of Weres and Meterans series gets off to a good start in this book. Saxton Cavendish and Jade Channings have not seen each other for fourteen years since she left him, now she needs his help. Their story is well written and held my interest until the end. I want to read more in this series. I received a copy of this book via Evernight and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the first story I've read from this author. It was quite a long read but it was good. Our FMC went through a lot of pain to be with her mate. She's magnanimous which is the reason why she has the Meterans. This is also that one book where there is a wedding, a mating, and a claiming, held separately.

An excellent story
This is a great story about two lovers reuniting after many years and their epic tale of survival under deadly circumstances. This book has everything that you would need from romance, steam, adventure, action and true love. This is an excellent story and is a must-read!

What An Amazing Adventure This book has it all, adventure, action, suspense, heartbreak, love, betrayal, it’s so addictive you won’t be able to put it down until you’ve got to the end. A magical read with lots of surprises it will steal your heart with all the drama, one minute you’re shocked with the injustice and the next you’re smiling as the emotions just jump out of the pages and make you feel like you’re part of the story. Wonderful strong characters who add extra depth to the storyline and the love just pours from the pages. This is one amazing read, the brief description doesn’t even give you a hint into what the storyline entails but if you love magic, paranormal romances with lots of steamy heat and a love that was always meant to be, you’ll absolutely love this storyline! Recommended Read Not To Be Missed!

Great New Serie
This is a new series by author Claudia Landres. Otherworldly: Tales of Weres and Metans gets off to a good start and will immediately have you on the edge of your seat. Jade and Saxton were a couple years ago until she left him and when they meet again she needs his help. Will he give it to her and find out why she left him all those years ago? Will they be given a second chance and will they take it or has too much happened and is irreparable? I recommend this book and I can't wait for the next part of this promising series.
