Kotov Bratva, 2
Marina bit on her lower lip again. Lips that were still a little puffy from their earlier kiss. The moment she slid into his lap, his self-control began to unravel. If that had gone on a little longer, he would’ve pushed her into his desk. Stripped her down. Then have his way with her hot and tempting body. He’d fuck her right there like a beast, without any care in the world, and she’d beg him for more. Pavel knew the moment their lips locked that she wanted him as much as he did. She just had a little trouble restraining herself.
Why did they have to lie and deceive each other until they got what they truly wanted?
“Say something, Pavel. Please.”
Her last word undid him. His proud Marina seldom asked anyone for help, but she went to him but only because she had no one else. Aldo and his goons had trapped her in a corner. Good thing he still felt something for her. Vestiges of affection? Perhaps. Loathing? Certainly. After all, when she left him, she broke something vital in him.
“I’ll take care of everything. Rest assured your little store will be saved,” he said. “Consider your father’s debts paid.”
“In exchange for my soul?” she asked, sarcasm leaking in her voice.
He smiled and she shivered. “Someday, your sharp tongue will get you in trouble, Marina.”
“You said my tongue was one of the things you liked about me,” Marina said.
“One among many things,” Pavel agreed. He let his gaze linger on her body again. On those curves he’d probably keep envisioning long after she left his office.
“So that’s it? We’re not going to discuss what you want from me?” she asked.
“This isn’t a negotiation,” he reminded her. “I’ll make it simple for you. When I want you, I’ll send word and you’ll come running to me without question. Fail to answer me once, and I’ll feed you to the sharks.”

An enticing and enthralling book that will keep you entertained throughout the story. Hot and steamy at its best, you will not regret this book.
This is the second book in the Kotov Bratva series. It's a fast-paced and standalone book that will keep you engaged from start to finish. This is a story about dealing with the mess that someone made; one a huge debt that is owed to someone. Read to find out what happens. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and this review is my own opinion.
I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is the second book in the Kotov Bratva series. It is about Pavel and Marina getting another chance together. They reconnect not because they want to rekindle anything. She feels she has no choices left but to go to him. Pavel has one mindset at the beginning but that changes fast. This is a short mafia romance that cancels a debt with love.
When her father leaves Marina with his debt to the Romano’s, she doesn’t have any family to fa back on. Only one person could help her, Pavel Kotov, her former boyfriend. Knowing the business his family was in, she knew he would expect something from her in return. With the Romano’s threatening her, she forced herself to go talk to Pavel and hope he wouldn’t turn his back on her.. A really good read that keeps your interest from beginning to end. Loved it!
Action/adventure romance. Book 2 of 2 in Kotov Bratva series. Can be read as standalone, first book is about Pavel's brother. In a moment of desperation, Katya asks an ex for help. Her ex, Pavel, is a part of a crime family. Will she be willing to give him what he wants in return? Will he punish her for breaking his heart years ago? This short romance has danger, a good plot, multi-layered characters, passion, violence and men who care about the women close to them. I liked it! Very entertaining with a good mix of drama and physical/emotional intimacy! 5 stars
Bad boy….check Bod boy’s crazy brother/friend…check Bad boy’s Kryptonie…check ….check and check By the time you’ve figured out who is who and what is what, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter ! Can’t say I didn’t warn you. Marina is grieving her father’s death, after the funeral she learned things about the man who lovingly raised her that hurt her but left in a bookstore with a lot of debt and owe so much money to some very bad people, who do some very bad things. They have already paid her a visit, stopped business to the bookstore and damaged her vehicle add to that the grief of losing her father. At her father’s funeral she ran into someone she hasn’t seen in years Pavel sexy as all get out Bratva (not the boss but will be soon enough), they dated when she was in college but her father put a stop to all of that especially have finding out he was with the Bratva and that scared because he showed her a side of him she didn’t know existed and she followed her father’s wishes walking about leaving Pavel but the day of the funeral he still offered his help. She is in trouble would he be willing to take care or help her with the debt her father left her because at the moment she doesn’t have much choice considering the boss of the Romano’s (who her father owed) keeps asking her out and his men want to share her as well and that isn’t happening. Pavel agrees to help her but at a price of course the debt will be taken care of, getting Aldo Romano off her case (will it really get him off her case…doubt it), but she will have to give herself as payment he is going to make her pay for breaking his heart when she walked away. So if she thought she had a fight on her hands with the guys her father owed monies to well the fight is just beginning however, this fight she may just enjoy will he Romano’s walk away after payment, will she regret asking Pavel for help and he assume the role of his father as the Pakhan and will she be his queen?
This is the 2nd book in the Kotov Bratva and in it we get Pavel and Marina's second chance story. Pavel and Marina used to date they were a couple until she rejected him and his Bratva ties she didn't want anything to do with that world. Well years later her father's death has left her smack dab in the middle of that world as she finds out at his funeral she now owes her father's debt to the Romano's and they're not being nice about it. She has no family no one she can turn to for help except for Pavel who she saw for the first time in years when he came to the funeral. Will Pavel help Marina or will he reject her? I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this book to see what happens.
