He was hard and defined, tattooed and even pierced. The small silver barbells that were through his nipples was not something she thought she’d find attractive But the more she stared at him, at the glinting of the metal, at the black and colorful ink on his pecs, shoulders, even the full sleeves on his arms, had her whole body being covered with sweat from her arousal.

The muscles of his upper body flexed as he moved. His body was so pronounced, with its power and strength. He reached for her, bringing her body flush with his and kissing her senseless. Drevin has spent his life partying hard and fighting harder for his brothers and family in the Grizzly MC. It took a long time for him to find the one, but can he control his bear long enough to not scare her away? Drevin realized he took so long to find his mate because he was waiting for Allie. Allie is unsure if she is the woman Drevin needs, but she is going to give it everything she has. Can one grumpy lone bear find a way to expand his world with happiness and Allie? Waiting for Drevin to find his old lady was worth the amazing story he received. Jenika took a break from the nuttiness to find the perfect place for one bear who needs his one. The story of Allie and Drevin’s love was a complication free sweet love story. The lust among the pages rivals all of the Grizzly MC books with an extra dose of sugar from a bear who knows what he wants. Bearing it for the Outlaw is the tenth book in The Grizzly MC series by Jenika Snow. While this book is part of a series, it can be read and enjoyed as a standalone novel. However, reading the other books in the series can give the reader a better understanding of the characters. Drevin South is the last unattached original member of the Grizzly MC. He figures he missed his chance for true love, however upon meeting Allie everything changes. Allie is starting her life over, after taking a tough road to where she is now. Allie feels things for Drevin that she does not expect. How can the two come together and face their pasts? The beginning of the story is interesting leaving you wanting to know more. By the end of the first chapter, I was excited to finish the book. The author created a realistic world that the reader gets immersed in quickly. She was able to give the reader a sense of time and location as well as being descriptive enough to help the reader visualize the story. The pace of the story was a bit slow at some points and fast is others. The main characters and the secondary characters were fascinating and lifelike. I liked that both Drevin and Allie had faults and were not perfect. The point of view alternated between Drevin and Allie, giving the reader a glimpse inside both characters. The changing point of view was done with care so the reader did not get lost or repeat story lines. The main conflict kept the story moving along and left me wanting to know more about not just the main characters but the secondary characters. There was the right amount of conflict in the story, any more and it would have detracted from the main conflict. The dialogue between the characters was honest and unique. The characters voice matched not only the setting but fit their overall personality. The ending was a bit predictable but the author takes the reader on a wonderful journey. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

I enjoyed reading this book. Not a lot of drama. I don't know if this is the end of the Grizzly MC series but if it is, it's a complete circle for all the original Members of the club.

Loved it!! One thing about this author is her writing style easily draws you into the story. This one doesn't have a lot of drama but is more a sweet romantic read with some steamy hot scenes. Drevin is a badass member of the Grizzly MC. He's bear shifter that has never felt the pull to claim a mate/old lady until he meets Allie. Allie is running from a horrible past that she's trying to forget. She feels the attraction to Drevin but doesn't think she's good enough for him. Drevin is determined to prove her wrong. Loved their chemistry and interaction. Definitely a bitter sweet story.

What an amazing story, this one was a long time in coming, and definitely brought tears to your eyes. This series is truly an amazing, interesting, awesome, phenomenal story line. You just love them all. Jenika does such a phenomenal job as a writer, she really pulls you into a story, she captures your attention, and makes you feel like your right there every single time. This series is a highly recommended reading, you have to start in the beginning and you will love it. The characters, the story line, the interaction between these characters is just wonderful, you laugh and cry, it's all around a great job. Can't wait for the next book.

Wow!! I love this book! This series just gets better and better. There isn't a lot I can say except READ THIS SERIES!!! Jenika Snow is one of my favorite authors. I think I've read almost everything she's released and practically stalk her FB page for the next release. This book is about a shifter that's lived a dangerous, wild, free life. His friend's have found their mates and had families while Drevin saw year after year go by without the woman that would touch his soul. Allie lost herself in a world of drugs and abuse. She got herself away when she saw how fragile life was and hit the restart to live clean. Fate was on their side when Allie came to town. Drevin finally has his mate, he just has to convince Allie.

The last of the originals. That is Drevin South. His original Grizzly MC brothers have all settled down and had families. They were all bear shifters and hard alpha bikers but they found their balance. They found their mate. Drevin was in his fifties now and he's almost given up hope. He longs for that connection. His bear has never claimed a mate. He had women but not the keeping kind. His only family are the mc brothers and their families. Allie Harper is a twenty-eight year old with a horrid past. She is no saint or angle. She is running hard from her past. But it somehow still keeps her prisoner. She hopes her new friend never finds out. She lands in Steel Corner to try to piece her life back together. When Drevin first lays eyes on Allie he has an animalistic attraction to her. He knows he wants her. He thinks his life may be too much for her so he abides his time. Allie feels Drevin watching her as she is working. She is drawn to him. She feels he couldn't possibly be attracted to her. She has to keep her distance. She has to fight the smoldering attraction she has for the bear shifter. Bearing It For the Outlaw is a great read. It is a mc/shifter novella but it is a great love story. It is a journey so worth the ride. It has the sizzling hot sex scenes. Did I say sizzling? But it has two people reaching out for each other. Jenika Snow you did a great job again. Thank you for your hard work. Please read the Authors Note at the beginning of the book.

This was a bitter sweet read from Jenika. I was glad that I was able to read ASAP. Of course I stopped all I was doing because I am obsessed with this series. Drevin has a story I wasn't quite expecting to love so much.I think it was because he is the last member who docent have an old lady. I had no idea he was so deep. He has a love for Allie like I never seen coming from him it was AMAZING! Jenika wrote an amazing book I adored it. Everything I ate up like a hot fudge sunday! LOVED IT!!!

a long time coming

I've been waiting a long time for this story. I've wanted his story since book 1 and it looked like he was never going to get his own story. Happy he finally did. For a while I wondered if it would be Tatum since she was older. I'm glad Allie was in her late 20s but the daughter of one of the guys. I'd like to see where the story of Marcus & Corin go. I assume there will be a story for Mason. Quite possibly the darkest of the NG kids.
